Cultivation method: Lutte raisonnée with tillage
Harvesting: Grapes are hand-picked into perforated crates and sorted by hand
Fermentation: To start with, fermentation in vats at low temperatures for a fortnight to make the base wines. Then the secondary fermentation in bottles lasts at least 12 months to obtain very fine bubbles.
Tasting notes: Great colour for this intense pink crémant with fine bubbles. The nose is expressive, notes of red fruit. The rich and ropy palate (aromas of ripe apricot, redcurrant and raspberry) retains much finesse.
